Granthium Automation is an independent automation solutions provider, experienced across a wide range of leading controller platforms. Our services cover the complete automation project lifecycle — from conceptual design and detailed engineering to programming, panel assembly, and on-site implementation. We deliver PLC-based process and machine control systems with integrated visualization and data acquisition solutions.

Frontend & Systems Design

Define project scope, system architecture, and component selection. Develop RFQs, functional designs, Schematics and GA designs, Cause & Effecct Matrix, IO and interface lists, power/control schematics, BOMs, and test procedures to ensure reliable automation.

Programming & Configuration

Develop and implement PLC and HMI programming, develop simulation models, and conduct FAT/IFAT factory testing for comprehensive system validation.

Field Installation

Perform electrical wiring and instrument setup on-site. Integrate system components and verify connections and communication between devices.

Testing, Commissioning & Support

Conduct comprehensive loop and IO checks, followed by SAT and ISAT validation. Provide thorough operator training and deliver ongoing maintenance and technical support post-commissioning.
